R&G LHS ENGINE CASE SLIDER FOR Husqvarna 125 Svartpilen (2021-2023) LEFT SIDE

  
This product fits neatly and industry-leading to the existing engine case and will provide additional protection in the event of a drop. Designed using the very latest in 3D scanning technologies to ensure an exact fit, the product is made from HDPE (Black), the same material as used in our industry-leading Crash Protectors. R&G Racing engine case sliders compliment the R&G Racing crash protectors and the additional range of products that we offer for this bikes. FITTING INSTRUCTIONS Left side (as you sit on bike). Remove the four bolts that secure the belly pan in place (as arrowed in picture 1) and remove the belly pan.

Remove the three M6 bolts as positioned where the slider fits, as shown in picture 2. Locate the slider (Item 5) in position. Insert the new cap head (Item 1) with one washer (Item 4) through the top mounting point as shown in the exploded diagram. Insert the shorter button head bolt (Item 2) with one washer (item 4) through the mid mounting point as shown in the exploded diagram. Insert the shorter button head bolt (Item 3) with one washer (item 4) through the bottom mounting point as shown in the exploded diagram.

Tighten evenly to manufactures specified torque. Place the bubble sticker in the allocated profile in the slider (as shown in picture 3). Re-fit the belly pan as original. As with all aftermarket products sometimes small modifications can be required to fit some products.
